Bahadur Singh is a visionary Indo-American philanthropist and the Founder and Chairman of One Beat Medical Group, who has been dedicated to serving the masses since 2012. Fondly known and respected in the Indian community as ‘Sardar Bahadur Singh’, he maintains residences in both Salem, Oregon, USA, and Bhira Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. His mission is defined by a singular focus on uplifting rural and underprivileged communities through the pillars of accessible healthcare, transformative education, and profound social welfare across both the United States and India.
A cornerstone of his mission is ensuring employment with dignity, providing meaningful professional opportunities to women and men within his healthcare, education, and community development initiatives. His work in the healthcare sector is marked by ongoing efforts toward charitable medical infrastructure development in rural Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. This includes a robust network of charitable facilities featuring a multi-specialty hospital, two specialized eye hospitals, and a critical blood bank in Bhira, Uttar Pradesh. Under his leadership, the mission expanded to Punjab with the opening of the One Beat Eye Hospital in Chamkaur Sahib in March 2025. He is currently overseeing the development of a landmark 500-bed super-specialty hospital in Bhira, scheduled for completion in 2026.
Central to his philosophy is the belief that healthcare services—including pharmacy, diagnostics, and all treatments—must prioritize an affordability index that ensures they are 100% free of cost. By removing financial barriers entirely, his model ensures that true accessibility is met for hundreds of thousands of underprivileged individuals every year.
Beyond medical care, Sardar Bahadur Singh entered the education sector in 2016, driven by a commitment to foster the next generation of professionals through rural education initiatives in Uttar Pradesh. He established the One Beat College of Medical Sciences in Bhira, which offers specialized training in Nursing, Pharmacy, and Paramedical sciences. His dedication to academic progress is further exemplified by his consistent provision of educational scholarships to deserving students, ensuring that financial barriers do not impede their potential.
Furthermore, his impact extends into heritage restoration and community development programs across Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Salem. He has taken a leading role in the restoration of the historic Diwan Todar Mal Jahaz Haveli in Sirhind and facilitates hundreds of community marriages annually for underprivileged families.
